After you have reset your Windows password, your VPN connection may need your credentials updated to properly connect. To update your VPN password follow the steps below.

  1. Click the start menu and type "VPN".

  2. Click on VPN Settings.

  3. Click on your VPN connection and click on "Advanced Options".
  4. In the VPN connection properties window click the "Clear sign-in info" button.

  5. Connect to the VPN again, this time you will be prompted for username and password. Username will be same as Windows username (first initial then last name, ie, Cameron Murphy would use cmurphy)
