1. In PCC, click on Admin->Reports    


2. Search for Audit Trail



3. Click on Audit Trail Report, then click Run Report



4. From this screen, enter date range for report, choose either PCC user or Resident option, use magnifying glass to search for name5. Click Request Report at the upper right of this module


6. You'll be shown the status of the requested report. This will take a few minutes to start, process, and be ready for download. Click on the refresh button after a few minutes, and when shows 'ready to download' you can click on Actions->download for the spreadsheet of activity.
