1. On your Polycom desk phone, there will be a button on the screen that says voicemail. When pushed it will prompt you for your PIN code.
   
    
2. OR Call your Direct Number.
   1. Press the star key (*).
   2. Enter your voicemail PIN followed by the hash sign (#) once prompted.
   3. Listen to the prompt for instructions or press One (1) to listen to your messages.
