Due to the nature of multiple versions of Android across different phone brands, the easiest way to setup your company e-mail on Android is to download the Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play Store. 

Once installed, when you open the app it will ask you to enter your email address. Enter it and then your password, and that's it. You're all set up.
